  • Zakres obowiązków

    • Managing customer retention with paid services at edrone Maintaining high-quality service and continually increasing it using appropriate tools & strategies 
    • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through proper planning and execution of activities that meet their expectations 
    • Managing a team of 5-10 members in the Professional Service department, providing professional leadership and support to each team member 
    • Maintaining feature usage and impact rate above the average for edrone PL customers 
    • Maintaining a high MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) rate within the team Maintaining a low churn rate among departmental clients and a positive NDR
    • Continuous optimization of departmental work, implementing new processes, and regularly updating existing processes and instructions 
    • Proactively seeking new solutions in the field of paid edrone services Supervising materials used in customer service 
    • Collecting feedback from customers 
    • Gathering demand for new functionalities from customers Creating promotional materials with departmental clients 
    • Managing customer inquiries and errors in PS and forwarding them to the IT department 
    • Managing testing of new edrone functionalities 
    • Collaborating with other teams to ensure high-quality customer service 
    • Reporting to the Team Manager on actions taken within the team and collaboration with employees.

  • Wymagania

    • At least 1.5 years of experience at edrone in the Customer Care department and a Senior position 
    • Positive evaluation from the Team Leader and no implemented WIP
    • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level 
    • Work onsite at the office located at 1 Lekarska Street, at least 2-3 days per week

    • Salary - 7800 PLN gross - 8000 PLN gross in the first year of work as a leader, 8000 PLN  gross - 8700 PLN gross in the second year of work as a Leader
