Zakres obowiązków
The SDR Team Leader - Sales, for edrone Poland, reports directly to the Head of Sales Development (Mateusz Copija). The responsibilities include the following key areas:
Responsibilities- Responsible for the Junior Sales Development Representatives to provide them with training and support in achieving set goals and leading by example
- Manage and run 1:1 meetings with your SDR team every two weeks (one for performance review and results, the other for soft skills and feedback)
- Supporting the Head of Sales Development (Mateusz Copija) with the day-to-day management of the team,
- Delegate tasks to Senior's SDR to support the development of juniors when required
- Strong commitment to recruiting new SDRs as the company scales its sales development organisation with Mateusz Copija and Milena Micor
- Monitoring key performance metrics to analyse and improve the efficiency of all SDR processes (KPI, SQL, ASQL, Activities)
- Prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by engaging with prospects by phone, email, social media and through online events
- Identifying key team members (high performers) to create Regular SDRs, Senior SDRs or Account Executives
Trainings & Onboarding
- Full support in implementing new employees in the SDR department. Onboarding preparation and training together with Mateusz Copija
- Continuously understand training requirements needed to deliver to the SDRs Team
- Working and communicating with the head of people and culture in order to deliver measurable soft and hard skill improvements to employees
- Ensuring that all the teams are using provided trainings to the full extent.
Communication & Cooperation
- SDR Team Leader (Poland) with report and communicate directly with the Head of Sales Development to ensure process and department improvement is met
- Constant communication with all new and existing processes management and implementation in Hubspot is held with Olga Grushetska
- Attends weekly department performance meetings with other Team Leaders in Poland to assist and guide the individual performance and needs of each department (Lead Generation, SDR and Account Executive)
- Attends Global sales leadership meetings every Monday online
Reporting and Tracking
- Constantly reporting to Mateusz Copija regarding the team’s performance
- Meet once a week with the Head of Sales Development to ensure understanding and consistency
- Meet once a week with Head of Sales Poland and Head of Sales Development
- Meet 1 on 1 with team members every two weeks (one for performance review and results, the other for soft skills and feedback)
- Attend once a week Poland Leaders meetings with constant communication between departments
Sales Materials Management
- Maintaining a sales collateral quality cycle, including cold call follow-up and email template reviews
- Looks for improvement in quality of playbook questions and usage
- Providing the sales team with up-to-date and relevant materials to support their activities.

Wymagania
- Sales Experience: The Team Leader should have (1 years) of experience in sales to understand the specifics of their team's work and provide practical guidance.
- Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate and manage a team.The Team Leader should be inspiring, leading by example, an effective leader, directing, and developing their subordinates.
- Good Product/Service Understanding: allows the Team Leader to more effectively manage the team & provide support.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skillsTL should be able to clearly explain goals, provide constructive criticism, and communicate effectively with both the team and management.
- Analytical and Reporting Skills: The Team Leader should be able to analyze sales data, track team progress, identify areas for improvement, and regularly report results to the management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and solve problems to manage challenges that may arise within the team.
- Goal-Oriented: focused on achieving sales goals. The ability to create and implement effective way to achieve result (and help the team members to achieve it)
- Empathy and Conflict Resolution: Understanding the needs of team members and effectively resolving conflicts for maintaining a positive atmosphere within the team.
- Dynamic and Flexible: TL should be flexible and able to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
- Training Skills: The ability to conduct training sessions and develop the skills of team members.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: The Team Leader should be able to effectively manage stress and maintain a positive approach within the team.
- Knowledge of English and Polish at least +B1 level
