Zakres obowiązków
- Conducting daily stand-ups for the team,
- Responding to team members' questions/needs
- Support during preparation for meetings or the meetings themselves,
- Working with individual team members on the development of their competences - setting a goal for the next month and support in achieving this goal,
- Giving feedback to the Sales Development department regarding the quality of meetings arranged by them and leads,
- Monitoring the pipeline of your team members and proactively identifying any problems and helping with closing,
- Conducting 1:1 meetings with each member of the team,
- In the future, it will be recruitment and onboarding of people for your team.
- Supervision over the effectiveness of activities and analysis of key metrics
- Operational management of the process of entering new markets, building brand awareness
- Combining sales, marketing and product activities
- Independent building of partnerships on individual markets

Wymagania
- Min. 2 years of experience in the position of Account Executive at edrone
- Knowledge of English and Polish languages at C1 level.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to manage projects and priorities
- High level of independence and initiative,
- Commitment and high level of responsibility,
- Ability to build relationships with the team and clients
- Excellent knowledge of the e-commerce market and of key metrics for the SaaS model
- The ability to conduct recruitment, selection of candidates for the team in terms of hard and soft competences
