    edrone is an Autonomous eCommerce Cloud and the first eCRM designed for eCommerce. We provide advanced Marketing Automation solutions, based on our algorithms, that are easy to install (Plug'n'Play). Our goal is to help understand customer behavior (Customer Intelligence) and engage them (Marketing Automation) with an all-in-one e-commerce marketing cloud.

  • Zakres obowiązków

    • Effective client acquisition by supporting the preparation and conduct of meetings in a manner that meets the needs of the client,
    • Working with individual team members to develop their own competences - setting a goal for the next month and supporting them in achieving this goal,
    • Providing feedback to the Sales Development Department on the quality of the meetings and leads it organizes,
    • Monitor your own pipeline and proactively identify any issues and assist with closure,
    • Supervision of the effectiveness of its activities and analysis of key indicators
    • Combining sales, marketing and product activities
    • Taking part in daily stand-ups for the team,
    • Proactive response to questions and expressed needs by other team members

  • Wymagania

    • (Must have) Performance at good level 
    • (Must have) Demonstrated ability to conduct presentations to potential clients
    • (Must have) Excellent interpersonal skills such as: relationship building, active listening, conflict resolution, team management, decision-making, problem-solving, persuasion, negotiation skills, assertiveness and networking,
    • (Must have) Excellent communication skills such as: sharing information in a simple and understandable way, asking questions or making requests without showing negativity, constructively building a conversation, adapting the communication style to the listener, the ability to listen and understand the emotions and needs of the other person
    • (Must have) Ability to manage projects and priorities
    • (Must have) High level of independence and initiative,
    • (Must have) Commitment and high level of responsibility,
    • (Must have) Ability to build relationships with the team and clients
    • (Must have) Knowledge of English and Polish at least B1 level
    • (Must have) Excellent knowledge of the e-commerce market and key indicators for the SaaS model
    • (Nice to have) minimum of 3 months in the SDR role (if your experience is shorter and you meet the other criteria, feel free to apply!)

    Recruitment process

    • Decision on the offer or feedback with an action plan ((the beginning of onboarding for the Account Executive position is planned for 17th of June)
