  • Responsibilities:

    • Cooperation with the indicated engineers (programmers, IT specialists) in order to correctly implement the edrone tool and its individual functionalities
    • Verification of errors and system reports and forwarding to the engineering department for resolution
    • Describing bugs and reports and supervising the solution by the Engineers department
    • Conducting technical training for the Customer Care team
    • Collecting technical knowledge in the form of articles on Confluence
    • Development of competences by learning and testing new external tools
    • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
    • Educating customers on available functionalities and new solutions implemented by the company

  • Requirements:

    • Great knowledge of systems: edrone, jira, confluence,
    • Minimum 6 months experience at edrone company
    • Technical understanding
    • Base knowledge of code and programming languages
    • Data-backed good customer support management
    • Willingness to develop independently with the basics of programming
    • English min B2,  Polish language - nice to have
    • Hybrid (Remote and in office) work from Cracow office
