Zakres obowiązków
- Developing and implementing a people strategy aligned with edrone's overall business goals and culture with the focus on feedback and effectiveness.
- Promoting culture and making sure that all the processes and interactions at the company are aligned with our values and attitudes.
- Driving initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent by creating an environment of growth and integration.
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, working closely with a People Operations Specialist.
- Developing performance management processes and tools to ensure fair and effective performance evaluation and feedback.
- Providing guidance to managers on performance-related issues, goal-setting, career development and compensation. Supporting managers in developing their leadership and management skills.
- Identifying training and development needs across the organization and designing and implementing programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Acting as a business partner with senior leadership to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Leading change management initiatives and supporting the implementation of organizational restructuring, as necessary.

Wymagania
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on people and culture strategy, talent management, and organizational development both in big and small companies
- Experience in working in an international company is a must - you will be working with people in Poland, Brazil and potentially other countries,
- Proven record of building and maintaining exceptional culture with 3 key values: transparency, high-speed and ambition.
- Demonstrated success in fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work both hands-on and strategically - in this role you need to plan
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- An advanced level of English (B2+, spoken and written); knowing Portuguese or Spanish will be an advantage
- Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry is a plus.
