    You will be a part of an experienced sales team that takes care of new, potential, and already interested clients, leading the process through qualification, needs analysis, - new markets research, potential prospects research, updating and validating data in the edrone database. We aim to create the best-performing sales organization in the region, and we will achieve that with talented and passionate people.

    edrone is an Autonomous eCommerce Cloud and the first eCRM designed for eCommerce. We provide advanced Marketing Automation solutions, based on our algorithms, that are easy to install (Plug'n'Play). Our goal is to help to understand customer’s behavior (Customer Intelligence) and engage them (Marketing Automation) with an all-in-one e-commerce marketing cloud.

    Clients we are working with: 

    We work with eCommerce businesses of all sizes and segments. Currently, we are focusing our operation on CEE and LATAM markets, with the goal of expanding to new markets. In our customer portfolio you will find companies like; Xiaomi, Timberland, Converse, Husqvarna, x-kom, Leifheit, Muve, Ryłko, Tous, Sneaker Peeker, Sneaker Studio and over a thousand others.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Market research: searching for potential customers and leads using various databases and tools;
    • Continuing to build and maintain data within our extensive customer and prospect contact in the edrone database;
    • Data entry and actualization;
    • On-demand research tasks from other departments;
    • Close cooperation with the sales team;
    • Reporting based on the CRM system;

  • Expectations:

    • (Must) Good command of written and spoken English (B2);
    • (Must) Good command of written and spoken Polish (B2)
    • (Nice to have) Experience in administrative or research work;
    • Nice to have) Knowledge of eCommerce industry;
    • Nice to have) Experience in using CRM;
