Zakres obowiązków
The Team Leader - Sales, for edrone Poland, reports directly to the Head of Sales Poland (Dawid Fucia). The responsibilities include the following key areas:
Pipeline Management
- Ensuring the pre-determined AE monthly targets (MRR) are delivered. By working with the Account Executives, managing the expectations and consistency of quality service both pre- and post-sales online demonstrations to make sure scalable results are achieved
- Own monthly target (MRR) delivered. Monthly control and operation of your own pipeline to achieve the assumed monthly and quarterly contract value targets
- AQSL, Own SQL and Activities pipeline analysis. Analysis of your own and team members' pipeline in terms of the quantity and quality of ASQL, as well as involvement in organising your own ASQL and activities, if the remaining working time allows it.
- Work efficiency analysis. Ability to use performance review and read Hubspot reports, aimed at improving the results achieved by your own team, i.e. Closed Won deals, conversion rate, number of deals in the pipeline, control over the number of meetings, time spent on a given stage pipeline, analysis of the causes of closed won and shadowing
Trainings
- Continuously understand training requirements needed to deliver to their own teams training requirements and execution of trainings
- Working and communicating with the head of sales and the head of people and culture in order to deliver measurable soft and hard skill improvements to employees
- Improve seniors' management skills with the help of training of their teams Senior
- Ensuring that all the teams are using provided trainings to the full extent.
Communication & Cooperation
- AE Team Leader - Sales (Poland) with report and communicate directly with the Head of Sales Poland (Dawid Fucia) to ensure process and department improvement is met
- Constant communication with all new and existing processes management and implementation is held with the Global Sales Coordination Manager (Olga Grushetska)
- Runs weekly department performance meetings with Account Executives to assist and direct own department's individual performance
- Attends Global sales leadership meetings every Monday online
Reporting and Tracking
- Constantly reporting to Head of Sales Poland (Dawid Fucia) regarding the team’s performance
- Meet once a week with the Head of Sales Poland to ensure understanding and consistency
- Attend once a week Poland Leaders meetings with constant communication between departments
- Attend a weekly meeting with Customer Support to track and evaluate churn and new customer acquisition
Sales Materials Management
- Maintaining a quality cycle of sales materials, including Post Demo follow-ups, and email template reviews
- Ensuring the sales team is equipped with up-to-date and relevant materials to support their activities.
KPIs
To measure the success of the role, the following KPIs will be used:
- Monthly achievement of Account Executive Target
- Improvement of Communication between departments
- Successful implementation of process changes via training.
- Improvement in team-management efficiency.
- Effective communication and alignment between all Sales leaders Poland
- Consistent and comprehensive reporting to Head of Sales Poland (Dawid Fucia)
- Smooth coordination and communication with the Customer Support team.
Sales team's adherence to using up-to-date sales materials.

Wymagania
- Min. 2 years of experience in the position of Account Executive at edrone
- Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate and manage a team. The Team Leader should be inspiring, leading by example, directing, and developing their subordinates.
- Good Product/Service Understanding: allows the Team Leader to more effectively manage the team & provide support.
- Communication Skills: Team Leader should be able to clearly explain goals, provide constructive criticism, and communicate effectively with both the team and management.
- Analytical and Reporting Skills: The Team Leader should be able to analyze sales data, track team progress, identify areas for improvement, and regularly report results to the management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and solve problems to manage challenges that may arise within the team.
- Goal-Oriented: Focused on achieving sales goals. The ability to create and implement effective way to achieve result (and help the team members to achieve it)
- Empathy and Conflict Resolution: Understanding the needs of team members and effectively resolving conflicts for maintaining a positive atmosphere within the team.
- Dynamic and Flexible: The Team Leader should be flexible and able to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
- Training Skills: The ability to conduct training sessions and develop the skills of team members.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: The Team Leader should be able to effectively manage stress and maintain a positive approach within the team.
- Ability to manage projects and priorities
- High level of independence and initiative,
- Excellent knowledge of the e-commerce market and of key metrics for the SaaS model
- The ability to conduct recruitment, selection of candidates for the team in terms of hard and soft competences
- Knowledge of English and Polish languages at C1 level.
